Fix some discrepancies in Chirpy #14

Chirpy's color has been corrected to brand colors, the Meshtastic M has been centered and corrected to brand standard, and Chirpy has been moved to her own very special folder.

Can you add a version that has white gloves, eyes, and eyebrows to match the original. Looks like your new ones have them as transparent which works for some applications but not all.
