This adds some "quality of life" features to the T-Watch, including the ability to actually tell the time!

Digital and analog watch face frames, each of which also displays battery and bluetooth connection status (the latter icon is not pictured but appears in the top right corner of the screen)

Free text support in the canned message module via the use of a virtual keyboard

Hey @andrew-moroz thanks a lot for your work on this. It makes the t-watch a lot more useful. Free text entry works a lot better than I anticipated, and recipient selection finally works on the watch. Also the watch faces look good, but how can I adjust the time? It always displays a few minutes after twelve.
