Work in progress - maybe don't merge this yet.

Changes to meshtastic.js to facilitate a more verbose web ui currently in progress at https://github.com/crossan007/meshtastic-web:

Add a signal for HTTP connection status
Set the Accepts HTTP header so that WebPack proxy will pass through the protobuf requests
