Bluetooth/Wifi Role Behavior Missing #433

BLE/Wifi behavior for Tracker, Lost and Found, and Sensor roles is currently undocumented (missing from the comments).

It was not documented because none of those roles make any changes to the BLE / Wifi behavior.
