New nrf_erase.uf2 for automatic DFU after erase #23

This PR swaps out the nrf_erase.uf2 with a new one from @markbirss so the device can accept new firmware after an erase without a double-click of the reset button.

It also: Adds step 5 to return to flasher Changes 3 & 4 wording a little Makes all buttons the same width
