2 months ago Hi, I got me a T-Beam S3 Core and wanted to update it but the webflasher seems not to work. I can select the device and it seem to be connecting but then nothing more. I doesn't give me any error messages or instructions why it isn't doing anything. I tried following ' If your device is ESP32-S3 based, you may need to turn off, then press and hold the BOOT / USR button while plugging in the USB cable.' but that also doesn't change anything. The device seems ok since I can connect via app and configure it.
It has FIrmware Version 2.2.24, current chrome for the web updater.
Are you sure you are holding the correct button? The device needs to be placed firmware download mode in order to flash successfully. Your screenshot leads me to believe it's not in firmware download mode.

The following process will manually place the device into the Espressif Firmware Download mode: Unplug the device. Press and hold the BOOT button. Plug device in. After 2-3 seconds, release the BOOT button.
