Generate svg wheel. Embed svg in index.html. #21

This is not ready to merge - the embedding of the svg in index.html can be improved at least, and the javascript wheel needs to be removed.

Had a look locally, looks good! Could the text in the middle use the same font/colour as the heading text? Also, would it be possible to show it as a fraction like this: ? Love the fact that it's fixed the moire pattern :)
