Don't list distribute #28

It's a dead project so somewhat unfair to count as unsupported as it will never get a wheel since setuptools has unforked it.

Would the trove classifier Development Status :: 7 - Inactive be an appropriate way to filter out dead projects? This is currently not set on Distribute, but maybe it should be?

@Ian-Foote I suspect so, but chances are that if a project is dead they are not going to remember to go back and set the status.
