Add pywin32 and PyQt #38

Please add pywin32 and PyQt to the list. pip can't install either on Windows. Would be great to see wheels of those projects crop up so Windows users can actually use python package managers!

This is out of the current scope of pythonwheels.com, which is to list the wheel support for the 360 most popular packages on PyPI. If pywin32 and PyQt enter the top 360 packages they will be displayed in the list.
