In the Matlab Mart2Aust, there is a function at "Mart2Aust/core/Prep_for_recon.m". It looks at a given input ebsd scan, reads in the phases, and attempts to intelligently reassign the phases to be (in order):
1) Austenite
2) Martensite
3) Reconstructed Austenite (same CS as Austenite)
4) Reconstructed Variants (same CS as Martensite)
