If Filter '515LP' is not in the filterdict in the config, the software crashes #17

The fix is a bit of a hack as every filterdict is now hoped to contain 'Empty-Alignment' as a filter. The problem was that '515LP' was hard-coded into acquisitions.py and then, the filter selection delegate in the tableview would not find this entry unless it is part of the config.
