MAIN: add a .mailmap file #511

The added mailmap files fixes two alternative spellings of Matthias Köppe's name and adds a name for metab0t beside the Github username. This is useful for generating the contributors list we add to the changelog.

@rgommers I used it locally to generate the changelog authors. I thought that it makes sense to have it in the repo.

Yes, agreed. I have it in some other projects as well - saves effort over time with return contributors.
