do not add .py prefix in /usr/bin #53

It complicates packaging.

Could you please give more details why is .py suffix a problem?

From user's POV, they want to run mesonwrap and not mesonwrap.py. And for instance, Debian has policy that nothing in /use/bin should have an extension.
