soundtouch: Fix dependencies never being linked against #1457

Hi,

It seems I forgot to include the below fix in #1456 when I rebased it against the lld-link/LINK changes.

The dependencies of libSoundTouch were never set, which would have caused a linker failure on consumption under Android, and any attempts to use OpenMP to be ineffective.
