Changed to downloadKafka task from wget.

A new gradle task(downloadKafka) was added from ver v0.10.0.0 . So, I changed the build command from wget to downloadKafka in README.md

Please confirm this PR. Thank you.

Hmm... I have not changed source code... Why does the test failed?
