create new condition id ->trial / spike fetching routine with knowledge of what to include/ exclude in the fetch (e.g. remove photostim trials for 'core' psth conditions, etc)
use this for CellPsth.make() and CellPsth.get() so that trial fetch logic and special cases are is not duplicated
