Quality updates. Much of it is small grammar/editorial/redundancy fixes, but the largest update is the quickstart guide (https://github.com/mesosphere/dcos-cassandra-service/blob/3614377eada7b4b383f2b639dccd0276c6744a1f/docs/quickstart.md).
