Symptom: Deployment succeeded but no Windows agent nodes could be found in DC/OS UI
Log information: C:\AzureData>type DCOSWindowsAgentSetup.log Downloading Git from http://dcos-win.westus.cloudapp.azure.com/downloads/Git-2.14.1-64-bit.exe Installing Git

SUCCESS: Specified value was saved. Error response from daemon: HNS failed with error : The parameter is incorrect.

With this last deployment scripts, this issue is no longer repros,
