Rename DC/OS Nat network to 'dcosnat' #84

The previous name customnat was too generic.

This fixes issue https://github.com/dcos/dcos-windows/issues/79.

WARNING: After this pull request gets merged, all the Marathon JSON files using customnat must be updated to use dcosnat.
