Misc improvements - Githubissues

This PR includes the changes I've locally in my setup. In particular it provides the following improvements:

Adds support for CI on Travis.
Moves to more recent versions of mesos and ES.
Allows narrowing offer selection using attributes. This is handy if you want ES run only on a subset of your cluster.
