run /reseed soak test

steps:

  1. create cluster of 5 nodes
  2. write some data
  3. spam /reseed endpoint on the scheduler for a few hours
  4. read the same data back

completed, encountered an etcd bug (https://github.com/coreos/etcd/issues/3391) that will be released with etcd 2.2.0
