modify https://downloads.mesosphere.io/java install path #209

Where would I modify to have a different, possibly newer, version of JRE installed when starting up the framework. I notice that when you launch the framework, it goes out to https://downloads.mesosphere.io to pull a jre-7u76 tarball.

Upgrading to Java 8 is on the roadmap. Thanks for the feedback
