Any chance this PR gets merged anytime soon?

There's some new Terraform modules and an example of getting DC/OS deployed on OpenStack via Universal Installer here: https://github.com/dcos-terraform/examples/tree/master/openstack

It's experimental and unsupported at this stage but I'd welcome any feedback or help.
