Store environment variable outside of marathon.json #5539

Hello,

As developer, I would like to store my application environment variables outside of the marathon.json app definition, so I can use different environment files to match different environments. The marathon environment variable must be then read from this file.

It would be the similar option, as "--env-file" on the "docker service create" command.
