Updated README with prerequisite information #61

The current info wasn't enough to build the package since it omitted Mesos OS-level requirements so they were copied over from the main project.

Hi @sgnn7 thanks for the PR. But I'd prefer that we just link directly links users to the pre-reqs documentation in the main mesos project so that we don't duplicate information. If you can find a good way to do so with this README update, I think that would be a better approach. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

@lingmann Fair enough though personally I feel it's a bit of a hassle to navigate multiple places to find out how to build a project rather than having it in one canonical README but I'll change it if you'd like.
