Ipaddress label with updated Mesos Isolator interface #10

The Isolator interface has changed since Mesos 0.23.0. The first commit reflects that change. The second commit allow us to expose the container IP via state.json.

@spikecurtis: I verified these changes locally and everything seems to be working just fine.
