New Actor Tree

ServiceBridgeSupervisor
- Root Actor for the application
- MarathonEventSubscriptionActor
- Will handle event callbacks from marathon
- HttpServerActor
- Hooks the Unfiltered server into the actor lifecycle and registers a callback that will send messages
- HostTracker
- Tracks the set of slaves hosts
- HostTrackerPoller
  - task that periodically fetches mesos/master/state.json sends messages to the HostTracker to add or remove a slave.
- ServiceNetDocPublisher
  - Actor used to publish Docs to each slave
- TaskTracker
- Tracks the tasks on the slaves
- TaskTrackerPoller
  - Task that periodically fetches marathon/v2/tasks
