[DCOS-47263] Extract end-to-end integration tests into a separate module

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

End-to-end tests which require HDFS and Kafka moved to a separate package with fixture scope change to package which allows:
- teardown HDFS/Kafka fixtures when end-to-end tests are finished
- shrink test clusters size by 1 node (or even by 2)
- independently run end-to-end tests and the rest of the tests
extracted duplicated fixtures configure_security_spark to a common package with session scope
added pytest.ini with test folders whitelisting to speed up test discovery
updated deprecated get_marker in sdk_utils
