This PR would...

[x] Remove unneeded types export that just parallels the .js export. You don't need a separate types condition if the .d.ts is right next to the .js!
[x] Shorten a bunch of objects into just plain strings
[x] Remove ava config
[x] Remove np config
[x] Remove np and release script
[x] Move lint and build into npm hook scripts! Just npm pack or npm publish and it builds without manual npm run build!
