add netlogo HPC instructions

About

This PR adds instructions on how to run a single Netlogo model on HPC using Apptainer container. Netlogo installation file is used for this container.

Changes

• Added a README file that explains all steps;
• Added build.sh to build netlogo-headless.sif
• Added job.sh to submit job on HPC
• Added netlogo-headless.def file
• Added a shell script to submit job on HPC

Requirements

• Apptainer 1.2.5 or newer (https://apptainer.org/)
• Python 3.11.X or newer
• Bash shell
