Still no 1.13? #35

This is 2 versions behind and I really need it for my 1.13.2 server. If it could get the much needed update I would really appreciate it. Also, I tried running the 1.12 plugin on my 1.13 server and it doesn't load.

It runs almost fine on 1.15 for me
