This turned out to be a mixed bag - having FAKE made it hard to integrate with DNX, but easier to build F# docs.

When we split the F# and C# repos, this will go away.

As far as I can tell, there are a few bits in here I should keep: A few tests, some generated F# docs, some perf tests generating charts, etc.

Closing this now, since it wont ever be pulled as-is.
