Price Library `npm` package

There is a lot of opportunity to clean up our subgraph directories by making the price library an npm package. Instead of copy pasta every time we can just keep it in the package.json as a dependency!

There are more dependencies than first glance.

• The ABI filepath needs to be in the yaml, there may not be a workaround to having a generic contract that can be used in the generated folder
