Fixed and simplified the aave v3 flashloan revenue logic

@dhruv-chauhan what I gathered from the smart contracts:

In aave v2, any flashloan premium is cumulated to the liquidity index, and therefore covered in the interest revenue
Aave v3 there is a protocol premium, and it is accrued to the treasury: https://github.com/aave/aave-v3-core/blob/724a9ef43adf139437ba87dcbab63462394d4601/contracts/protocol/libraries/logic/FlashLoanLogic.sol#L242C34-L242C51
