I have posted an issue to the original libtagplc author about an issue when trying to read from Tag-Based alarms.

See link below for conversation. The original author has made a fix and has already implemented it to the core library. Are you interested in updating your wrapper to include this functionality?

Hi, I'm not actively maintaining this repository. There is an official wrapper for .Net, you should use https://github.com/libplctag/libplctag.NET It's not that different from this one and the last time I used it, it worked quite well.
