What does this really do? Does it support video chat or only audio? Who is able to talk with whom?

These are just examples of the questions that would be really nice to see answered in this project's README.

Hi,

Thanks for your interest and suggestion.

Basically you need to register a SIP account and you can talk to other SIP account holders. We are planning to update the readme and documentation soon but I can provide you some now.

This plugin is mostly based on http://jscommunicator.org/ supporting voice, video and chat messaging using the SIP protocol over WebSockets.

The RTC Quick Start Guide chapter on WebRTC is a good an introduction to the topic. http://rtcquickstart.org/guide/multi/webrtc.html
