Issue for uploading images for wiki #21

There is no way to upload images directly into wiki content.

I can still make images part of git report, but that mean unnecessary repo size growing.

There is a popular way of using GitHub Issues/discussions image upload for images in Wiki or Readme.

This issue is for those images.
