Update Box/Poly to use endCoords and radius #7

Internal box and poly zones were updated only. Wasn't sure how to modify external zones to use this endCoods/radius logic or if its even necessary.

Box and poly zones should not use radius, by definition. A radius-bound coordinate/circle zone would be a point in meta-target.
