Other thing is is needed to explain the stuff for the rest of the team, so maybe u can create a google meeting , and we can have a 30 at max 40 min meeting, u explain the idea, other teammembers indroduce themselves...and take note about the timezones, coz if u say we need to finish this in such hour ...is needed say in the differents timezone.....
