llama model download failed with 403 #1211

just requested llama3.2 model from meta, and when i tried to download any of the models, I got 403 on my linux machine, however, my windows machine does work, but I need to download the models on my Linux macine. Here is my request id Download-Request-ID=1625441338072555

can someone take a look and tell me why?

thouth i found the cause that proxy was not on.
