MeTA Docker Image #183

Hi, I've built a Docker image for MeTA. I'm not sure if this merits a PR, but I wanted to reach out and make it available to the community. I built it for the Coursera Text Mining and Analytics course.

Thanks! We have another docker image in our contrib/ directory, but I don't see why you couldn't add yours as well. I would just distinguish it from the other one with a different name.

What do you think, @skystrife ?

Sorry for my incredibly slow response...

I'm fine with including this in the contrib/docker folder. Maybe contrib/docker/coursera?

Go ahead and issue a PR placing it there and I can merge it.
