Integrate Trading View For Order Books #7

This may be a bit complicated as you want to display both p/f markets on one chart most likely.

This would be ideal to have within the proposal page and while I'm not certain for the overall layout, it's been feature request since day one.

Would like to try that so it fits well in the current design, already have a few ideas
