Create FaaS Launch Strategy

This strategy should be encompassing of

• [ ] Marketing push to solicit partners (reaching out)
• [ ] Relationship management of solicited partners (how we handle our relationships, what we do and don't do, voice and responsible parties)
• [ ] Curation (who do we work with, who don't we work with, how do we create this?)
• [ ] Integration Plan (what does it take for us to get them using FaaS)
• [ ] Timeline (how long does it take us to do what?)
• [ ] Marketing Plan (when partners agree, what is our plan to lead them to success, how to we share and expand these things to support their growth and ours)
• [ ] Launch (pushing buttons does what, and when, and what needs to happen before and during this phase)
• [ ] Support (we don't leave folks high and dry, this is an experiment and early days are impertinent to iterate and tighten the loop)

Something to remember: DO NOT HESITATE TO MAKE THIS EXPERIENCE OUT OF THIS WORLD FOR PEOPLE What this means? Going the extra mile, making sure things have that special touch making understand the work you will do to make sure the experience is amazing.

A strategy should be able to be shared and trained against. In creating this we should be able to evaluate parties for their skills and capacity to perform functions and deliver on results. We should have an understanding of how long things take us so we can accurately estimate timelines and schedule the cascading tasks and marketing efforts.

Following some sort of flow here's an idea of what it might look like to launch someone:

• Engagement / initial outreach
• Supporting information and details
• Required information and assets
• Construct launch plan
• Prepare launch content / materials (tweets, images, what and how they want to use it / what are they going to point users to (proposal / dao page / ask users to propose?))
• Deploy / initialize DAO
• Marketing live (twitter space, content posted and shared, discord announcement)
• Launch feedback and monitoring user behavior
• Support setup and structure deployed

The goal is to have a strategy outlined and produced for review from advisors and stakeholders (maybe even the community).
