Create onboarding documentation #20

Two requests here:

  1. [ ] A short 3-6 sentence explainer for how and why this works
  2. [ ] A longer sheet / workbook which includes what to expect, how to use to get started, things to consider for your community etc.

once the product is on testnet + a few dao have been onboarded through manual process this should be revisited/updated!
