Create 6 Sentence Explainer for Telegram / First Contact

With this we want to structure something which can be easily copy pasted across folks who want to learn more or need something to review to get started (trust but verify).

Ideally we have a brief explainer of the benefits, how it works, how it can work for them. Then supporting documents / links for learning more specifically. Finally we should attempt to book some TIME or get a TIME commitment from them to push forward. Not pushy, but helps direct the attention and for US to assess the seriousness.

Developing the initial communication with DAOs or what will certainly be asked of us, this could be piecemeal (in that someone should decide what needs to be part of the message) but having enough there that kinda addresses 2-3 user stories:
