Link Internal Network Systems To Internal Network #80

So ideally we're connecting our DB and indexer locally via the internal network, which would prevent egress.

Another idea is what we put on server side vs client side. Could reduce it overall.

Testing on staging right now, but let's come up with a plan for production.

Seems to be working, will understand load and growth over a bit of time with my screenshots
