Just opening an issue to keep track of the need to add the PMD-score similar to how the read length and GC content are included.

Wanted statistics:

mean(PMD) median(PMD) std(PMD) mad(PMD)

ANGSD commented 8 months ago

Information is included as aux tag in read in alignment record. Statistics can be be obtained from these.
