add header on getdamage files .res.gz and .rlens.gz
add header on lca file .rlens.gz
TaxID on .dfit.txt.gz should always have its unique column so it can be matched with other files (not taxid:taxname)
Any reason why lca stats is named .stat and aggregate stats is named .aggregate.stat.txt.gz? It would be nice if the names were consistent, e.g. .lca.stat.gz and .aggregate.stat.gz, or .lca.stat.tsv.gz and .aggregate.stat.tsv.gz.

rlens added in this commit. 39be5db5d4cf18a4 If there has been changed in format of output, it is important that this is reflected in the docs/formats.text/pdf, readme and code helppages.
