MetaPop can not be used on Cyverse #10

Hi I want to use Cyverse platform to run metapop, unfortunately the link (https://de.cyverse.org/apps/agave/MetaPop-1.0.0) shows "No Apps to display". Is the maintenance stopped?

I came to know about this fascinating tool for viral ecogenomics from a recent publication: https://doi.org/10.1038/s43705-021-00083-3. But Metapop is unavailable in Cyverse DE apps. Please suggest.

Hi @ZhengXiaoxuan11542 and @ursadhip, the maintenance did not stop on the backend. We're sorry if it came across that way. The paper was in review and we were making changes to the tool based on the reviewer's comments. We wanted to wait to post the final version on Cyverse with the publication of the paper.
