R figure issue #15

Hi @metaGmetapop I almost finished the whole pipeline but failed the last step of generating R figures. There are some thing wrong with the R script when I am running: run_metapop.log

I think my microdiversity folder files are correct, like this: image While, I only got three pdf files in my visualization folder: image
